DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES ((Full time 40 hours a week) TIME: TBA):
We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Associate to join our team at Local SEO Guide. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing SEO-related tasks, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our company. - Running a crawl, data gathering and coordination through Semrush, Ahref, Google
- Search Console, and Screaming Frog
- Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization through SEO
- Point out list of issues and fixing them
- Prompt and timely coordination with Project Manager and Supervisors
Success metrics:
- To function semi-autonomously and follow all the SOPs given (no hand holding needed but expected to escalate certain issues if it’s not in the SOP)
- High quality work being submitted on time
- To have initiative, be good at asking questions and communication
Desired Qualities:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an SEO specialist.
- Preferred agency work experience within the past 5 years, encompassing corporate or remote settings.
- Mandatory EFSET C1/C2 score to demonstrate proficiency in English communication.
PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING PLATFORMS (at least 1 year of experience):
- Semrush
- Ahref
- Search Console
- Screaming Frog
