Hola! 🙂 So awesome to welcome our rockstar satellite recruiters at Proximity Outsourcing.

Here’s the cliff notes on this special project, let us know at the end if you have any questions! 🙂

  1. As a satellite recruiter, you will be working on a commission-based arrangement with Proximity Outsourcing. You will be included in a community with other satellite recruiters and you will get announcements for all of our new hiring projects as soon as they close with the client.
  2. All you need to do is to post the announcement on your social media or email list, or contact certain people that you know are good (and that you can truly vouch for them) and get them to apply. We have a foolproof system to monitor applicants and which referral they came from, and that’s how we keep our satellite recruiters happy!
  3. After your referred RP (remote pro) crossed 90 days with us, you will get a $100 USD referral bonus. It is important that they last 90 days with us because we invest a lot of time in training, onboarding, and recruitment and we do not You will also be inclued in the leaderboard for the top satellite recruiters for the year and the TOP 3 by the end of the year will get a cash bonus of $100 + a surprise gift in the mail. 😉
  4. Usually, one or two FB or Linkedin posts will help you get to the ideal people. It’s great ROI for a few minutes of your time!
  5. You will get advice from our Team Care Officer, Ching (teamcare@proximityoutsourcing.com), about your referral bonus. It’s deployed through Paypal every 3rd week of the month.

  1. NOT a freelancer. We do not work with freelancers or people who identify themselves as freelancers. By saying that, these are people who work for “gigs” and “projects”, and those who are not motivated to stay at a company where there is great pay, stability, a positive working environment, an dmost of all, cared by a team like Proximity. We hire people who are here for the long term. We are also selective of our clients and make sure they are great bosses.
  2. They are SMART. A lot of people can put things in their resume that makes them look smart, but if you’ve talked to the candidates and you can see that they answer and talk clearly, they have elevated ideas. The post that you will get may indicate that a client wants to hire a virtual assistant, or hire an Operations Manager. Whatever role the RP is in, they have to be smart and show up well.
  3. They are committed to LEARNING and personal development. Do they have a history of learning and improving? Are they exploring new certifications, courses, training? Another great marker of a good candidate.
  4. They have a positive, can-do attitude. You’ve heard this before, anyone can train for skill, but attitude and character is something that you have before you enter the company. Great attitude is required everyday when we show up. We are building the best outsourcing company in the world, and we need people who do it with smiles and are obsessed with personal excellence.
