Project Brief: The SCC Method 

A 360-degree approach to Client Acquisition and Retention, with minimal, hands-free demands from the Founder, so s/he can reclaim more time and freedom for business scaling, product innovation, and personal growth. 

The purpose of this is to take what the company is currently doing, improving it through data and audits, and systematizing it through elimination, automation, and delegation. 

There are 3 key people in this project: the Appointment Setter, the Sales Closer, and the Client Success Manager. The AS and SC are leading the client acquisition route through set methods by the Founder (paid or organic, whatever is currently working).

This is an outsourcing project, not a consulting project. We will collect data and the Founder can decide what to do next based on the data provided.

  1. Audit 
  • Primary and secondary traffic channels (looking at data for the past 2 years) 
  • Lead ascension (How do you get them to buy more? Buy the more expensive service? How many conversations? Through which channels? etc.)
  • Offer analysis (Does it have the capacity to be better and more predictable in terms of revenue optimization? What do the competing offers look like, and why?)
  • Market Research 
  • Avatar Research
  • Retention audit (retention rate vs. attrition rate, qualitative analysis on dropoff, offboarding process, winback campaigns, etc.)
  • Data processing with empirical recommendations
  1. Recruitment and Vetting 
  • Role consulting for the perfect skill and culture fit for the 3 roles: AS, SC, and CSM
  • 2-3 weeks, Transfer Documents, videos, and CVs provided 
  • Founder interviews (top 3 candidates per role) 
  1. Resource preparation 
  • Scripts and templates for appointment setter 
  • Sample videos, email templates, and If-then SOPs for closer 
  • CSM touchpoints, scripts, regular activities for client communication
  • Data reporting platforms and formats to submit to the Founder
  • Courses and certifications for the first 6 months (depending on the results of the audit)
  1. Onboarding 
  • Dedicated Client Success Manager for your account
  • Documented onboarding processes with proper feedback loops 
  • Develop a coaching system for your team, which will be monitored by your CSM moving forward

The Investment 

$8,995 SCC Audit and Process Build (60 Days) 

  • Upfront $8,9955 (or two payments of $4,885 – 30 days apart) 
  • All resources listed above 
  • Hiring and vetting: Setter (base plus $2 per qualified appointment), Closer (commission only), and CSM
  • Ongoing: depending on the number of hours needed for the setter and CSM which will base on the number of leads and the number of clients to be managed by the CSM (Range: $2,190 – $4090/ month fully managed) 
  • Your setter and CSM will regularly get certifications, trainings, and accent training
  • Our recommended hardware shipped to your CSM and setter’s house (Philippines) 
  • Background check for your US/ Canada / Latin America closer
  • Ongoing: Monthly meeting and report with your Dedicated Client Success Manager 
  • For the first 90 days, Ms. Karla Singson will lead the onboarding and coaching calls with your setter and CSM
  • For comparison purposes, our recruitment fees alone are $995 / per person + 15% of the yearly salary.

To qualify for this project, a company must have the following: 

  1. Consistent number of leads that the Founder is content with, and willing to turn over or improve (on his own accountability). Again, we are NOT selling lead generation or media buying.
  2. Pass our background and reference check for client services and reputation
  3. At least 3 years in the business with a registered LLC
  4. Minimum of $500k/ year ARR
