Meet our Founder Karla Singson
Hi, I’m Karla Singson. I’ve started and grown multiple physical and online businesses since 2007. A few years ago, I had a BIG REALIZATION.
I realized that with a lot of entrepreneurs who come with natural talents such as the gift of gab, a “natural salesman”, or a “natural leader”, one thing that does not come naturally to us is this talent: hiring and coaching.
In my experience, it’s a mix of high emotional intelligence, sharp communication, commitment to excellence, and an elevated belief in human potential.
I made HUNDREDS of mistakes which cost me probably tens of thousands of dollars throughout the years…
So I thought, if I can get really good at this, I could help a lot of businesses grow, and I could make a difference in the lives of my people. Provide great jobs to Filipinos.
I became obsessed with the business of outsourcing.
When I had this realization, I started Proximity Placements, an HR company that focused on high level placements + ongoing HR services.
Come 2020 when the pandemic hit, I led and co-owned an outsourcing company which I grew from zero to a seven figure company in a little over a year without paid ads.
Decided to continue honing my skills, empowering my team leads, and decided to focus on something that really stood out in my string of successes (and failures): I was truly passionate about growing businesses and helping them scale.
With that, I decided to build something that matched all that I wanted to do: Profit First Outsourcing.
