Private Life and Accident Insurance + Telemedicine

This is a special life and accident insurance offer by FWD Philippines. We have a direct agent there who arranged a special deal for us that we buy in bulk. This gives our teammates access to doctors via Zoom consults, as during the pandemic it was very hard to book doctor’s appointments and it’s also time consuming and many clinics were very inefficient. We believe that most illnesses that need more care (but don’t need hospitalization) can be easily dealt with as long as there’s a professional doing the diagnosis and a prescription.

Philhealth reimbursement

We reimburse up to P400/ month of your Philhealth voluntary contribution. This will be done quarterly, so every end of the quarter, please submit your receipts and payments to Philhealth via email (teamcare@proximityoutsourcing.com) and cc OM Mae (operations@proximityoutsourcing.com). Our Team Care Ching will process your reimbursements, to be added to your salary on the next pay period.

Mental Health Counseling Sessions

Every year, you are entitled to 2 private mental health counseling sessions with a board certified counselor or psychologist. Contact Team Care Ching via email and cc OM Mae to book your time.

Financial Health Planning Session

Every year, you are entitled to 1 financial health planning session with a Certified Financial Planner. Use this session to talk about managing your budget, saving for your big goals, retirement and succession planning, and even investments. Contact Contact Team Care Ching to coordinate with Ms. Angela (Finance) to book your time.

Legal and Paperwork Assistance for Visas, Loans, etc.

Let us know what you need and contact our HR Head Fran at fran@proximityoutsourcing.com so we can brainstorm your needs. We have made a lot of amazing things happen for our teammates (buy a house, first car, travel to Korea, etc.) We’ll do our best to make it happen for ya! 🙂

Manager’s Wellness Reimbursements

Every quarter, all managers are entitled to a P2,500 wellness reimbursement. All one needs to do is to present an official receipt that covers the following wellness activities:

• Visit/ consultation/ treatment from any certified medical doctor
• Visit/ consultation/ treatment from any alternative or functional medicine doctor
• Visit/ consultation/ treatment from any medical professional
• Salon appointments (hair cut and treatments, nails, waxing)
• Massages, physical therapy
• Medicine and supplements
• Specialty food (gluten free, sugarfree, cholesterol free, organic, hormone free)
• Personal development books or subscription
