Here’s the workflow for requests for Pocket Proximity:
Request a task and pick which role you want to handle the task, send to CSM.
CSM responds within the same or next business day, gives an update where it's a GO or needs clarification
Task is being worked on, updates given by the CSM
Task is submitted, along with relevant time tracking.
CSM updates how many hours you have left on your Pocket Proximity subscription.
All of your project requests and management will go through a special form which will automate to Email/ Slack and Trello, where the progress and approvals will be monitored. Your task won’t get worked on without a full approval from you and the CSM. And hours will start tracking once work starts.
