Our Solutions
We do a 360-degree consult regarding a business’ needs and perfect the role that needs to be filled. With this role in mind, we lead the recruitment, vetting, proficiency testing, onboarding, scoring, and provide ongoing coaching, management support, and some of the best benefits in the industry. (Yep, we are very proud of this!)
Our “bestseller subscriptions”: Project Managers, Operations Managers, Chiefs-of-staff, Creative and Tech pros, and Appointment setters. We also love doing full team hires with coaching, vision-setting, and custom support.
Subscription Tiers & Partner Commissions
- Full-Time Subscriptions (40 hours/week)
$1895 – $2995 / billed every 28 days
Partner Bonus: $1,000 - Part time subscriptions (20 hours/week)
$1295 – $1695 / billed every 28 days
Partner Bonus: $500 - Mini Subscriptions (10 hours/week)
$695 – $795 / billed every 28 days
Partner bonus: $250
Note: We require an upfront investment of $995 for the consulting, recruitment, vetting, NDA and confidentiality contracts (Philippines side), onboarding co-management and 30-60 day scorecards. All prices presented are in US Dollars.
Upgrade to JV Partner Status
After 10 active referrals, you automatically upgrade to JV Partner! This is really where the magic happens.
As a JV Partner, you’ll receive:
- 10% revenue share on all subscriptions
- Lifetime commissions on your 11th referral and beyond
- Ongoing passive income from your referral network

FAQs
When can I expect my payout to be released?
We release payouts on or before the third Friday of every month. Your commission will be released on the closest date before the third Friday after the subscription payment is settled. Payments are made through PayPal or Zelle.
What if the referral client cancels before completing all commission months?
Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis. If the referral client cancels before the full commission period (2-4 months), the remaining commissions will cease as commission payments are derived from the subscription payments.
How does the JV Partner upgrade work?
Once you have 10 active referrals, you automatically become a JV Partner. From your 11th referral onward, you’ll earn 10% revenue share on all subscriptions, lifetime. This means ongoing passive income for as long as your referrals remain active clients!
