We’re looking for a Video Editor (AI UGC Ads) to join a fast-moving creative team supporting a growing portfolio of US-based DTC e-commerce brands across apparel, supplements, premium food, and more.
This is a pure editing role—you’ll focus on transforming AI-generated clips and assets into polished, performance-ready ads for Facebook & Instagram (Meta).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Edit high volumes of AI-generated UGC video ads
- Cut, pace, polish, and format videos for paid social
- Add captions, text overlays, sound, and other finishing touches
- Create variations of winning ads for continuous testing
- Keep projects, versions, and deliverables organized across multiple brands
- Work within an AI-first creative production pipeline
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience editing direct-response or paid social ads
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, captions, and audience retention
- Familiarity with AI-generated content workflows
- Highly organized, reliable, and responsive
- Comfortable handling multiple brands and high-volume creative production
BONUS POINTS
- UGC or talking-head ad editing experience
- DTC e-commerce experience
- Experience with supplements, apparel, food, or similar brands
- Familiarity with AI video generation tools

- You help the team produce more ads, faster, with fewer revisions—while maintaining consistent quality as the portfolio grows.

Job Offer:
- ₱32,000 per month during the probationary period.
- Up to ₱36,000 per month upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, subject to satisfactory performance and positive feedback, plus applicable benefits and bonuses.
- Up to ₱40,000 per month upon completing 24 months with the Company, subject to continued satisfactory performance, positive feedback, and achievement of agreed-upon scorecard metrics.
