We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (Organic Growth & Community) to lead our organic marketing and community initiatives. You’ll own the strategy and execution across email, funnels, webinars, and communities—ensuring our audience is nurtured, engaged, and consistently converted into clients.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll plan campaigns, track KPIs, oversee communities, and coordinate with the marketing team. You’ll also collaborate directly with the Sales Manager and CEO to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals and ensure smooth handoffs from marketing to sales.
Candidates with prior experience in high-ticket launches and working with coaches or businesses in the education/coaching niche will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Execution

Develop and execute organic marketing strategies across email, funnels, webinars, and communities.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine positioning.

Plan and manage campaigns that support growth, nurturing, and conversion goals.
Community Management

Oversee engagement and growth across Skool, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups.

Coordinate content, Q&A, and engagement initiatives to increase community value.

Expand reach and lead generation on X (Twitter) using Hypefury and scheduling tools.
Funnels & Conversion Optimization
-
Manage and optimize funnels in ClickFunnels to improve conversion rates.

Track user journeys, analyze funnel performance, and collaborate with the Conversions & Automations Coordinator on improvements.

Create, shorten, and monitor tracking links using Short.io.
Webinars & Events

Host and manage live webinars via Zoom, including coordination and follow-ups.

Manage webinar replays, analytics, and embeds using Wistia.

Build and monitor webinar nurture sequences in ActiveCampaign.
Email Marketing & Deliverability

Plan, build, and manage segmented email campaigns in ActiveCampaign.

Monitor inbox deliverability and sender reputation using GlockApps.

Maintain tagging, segmentation, and workflows to support lead nurturing and conversions.
Sales Collaboration

Work closely with the Sales Manager to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.

Ensure smooth marketing-to-sales handoff and pipeline flow.

Report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, and community insights tied to revenue.
Team & Project Management

Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple marketing initiatives.

Track KPIs and collaborate using Slack, Notion, and Airtable.

Provide leadership and direction to the Conversions & Automations Coordinator and other team members.
Payments & Integrations

Oversee payment processing and checkout flows via Stripe.

Ensure automations are properly connected across tools using Zapier, including Calendly and Typeform.

Manage SMS reminders and notifications via Twilio.
AI & Content Support

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok for research, ideation, and content creation.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing management, organic growth, and community leadership
- Proven track record in funnels, webinars, and campaign execution
- Experience running or supporting high-ticket launches
- Prior work with coaches, consultants, or businesses in the education/coaching niche
- Strong leadership, team management, and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to optimize campaigns based on data
- Experience working directly with Sales teams or Sales Managers to align marketing with revenue outcomes

- Support the improvement of conversion rates across VSL funnels through ongoing analysis, testing, and optimization initiatives
- Clear, reliable dashboards that enable fast, confident decisions and visibility into funnel performance
- Reduced founder involvement in day-to-day funnel management through scalable systems and automations that drive consistent results
Job Offer:
