We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce & AI Operations Assistant to support growth leaders with day-to-day ecommerce optimisation and operational tasks. This role involves working across product feeds, pricing, imagery, and data, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and the use of AI tools.

This is an ecommerce-focused company supporting growth leaders in scaling and optimising online retail performance. AI-driven tools and data-led processes are used to improve efficiency, profitability, and product performance across ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize product feeds for Google Shopping, including titles, descriptions, and attributes
- Improve and refine product titles and descriptions for visibility and conversion
- Assist with product pricing optimization and margin analysis
- Support cost of goods (COGS) audits, data validation, and profitability checks
- Create and optimize product images using AI-powered tools
- Assist with basic Google Shopping and Google Ads optimization tasks
- Conduct manual data collection using Shopify reports
- Perform basic data entry, data cleanup, and spreadsheet management
- Support growth leaders with ad-hoc ecommerce, reporting, and operational tasks
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in ecommerce (Shopify experience preferred)
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, image generation, or data optimisation
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large product datasets
- Ability to follow structured processes and execute tasks efficiently
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Google Shopping feeds and Merchant Center
- Basic Google Ads knowledge
- Understanding of pricing, margins, and COGS analysis
- Experience supporting growth, performance, or marketing teams

- $1,056 monthly (Evaluation Period)
