DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Full-Time 40 hrs. a week EST)
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing social media strategies to enhance a brand’s presence, engage audiences, and drive growth across various social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, with plans to expand to TikTok). This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of social media trends and tools.
The Social Media Manager will focus on managing the social media presence of the business for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate meaningful interactions to build brand loyalty.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (e.g., images, videos, infographics, and captions) tailored to each social media platform.
- Plan and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and coordination with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the internal team to create relevant campaigns that drive brand growth based on the company goals and objectives.
- Utilize AI to produce content efficiently and effectively.
Success Metrics:
- Consistent, high-quality branded content published on time.
- Consistent engagement and tracking of impressions for the assigned social media account.
- Proactive in monitoring new trends, reporting on changes, and applying necessary adjustments. Expected to work independently from the lead Marketer/CMO as much as possible.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a social media manager on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, with a focus on short-form content and captioning.
- Proficiency with social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising.
- EFSET C1/C2 level of English proficiency.
- Portfolio required and paid test task required for the Top 3 candidates.

Job Offer:
- $1,056 monthly
- $1,100 monthly after 6 months (plus activation of benefits)
- $1,144 monthly after 18 months
