DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Part-time EST)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker who can anticipate the next steps in the lead generation process and take initiative to complete tasks autonomously.

About the client

The company has been at the forefront of the holiday lighting industry since 2002, providing innovative designs and unrivaled customer service. They focus on making the holidays less stressful for their clients and their families by handling all of their lighting needs.

Day to day tasks:

  • Reach out to commercial buildings that will fit to permanent holiday lighting.
  • Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information.
  • Occasional administrative tasks which include but are not limited to calendar scheduling,
  • follow ups (very important), transcription, data management, gatekeeping and assistance of time management for the client

Qualifications:

  • Lead Generation Expertise: 2-3 years of proven experience in lead generation, with a strong track record of delivering results and contributing to revenue growth for past clients or employers.
  • Persuasive Communication: Must possess an engaging and persuasive communication style, with at least 3 years of experience conducting successful outbound calls.
  • Accent & Communication Skills: Should have a neutral or near-native American English accent, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Remote Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of remote work experience, specifically for American clients or companies, is required.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM systems is essential, with a preference for experience using RingCentral or 8×8. Familiarity with the Google suite and Slack is also required.

Success Metrics:

  • Lead ascension rate — Percentage of connected calls that result in a desired outcome, such as a scheduled appointment or further interest.
  • Nurture relationships and convert them into opportunities.
  • Calendar Management: Accuracy and effectiveness in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

Job Offer:

  • $528 monthly
  • $550 monthly after 6 months (plus activation of benefits)
  • $572 monthly after 18 months
